It also incorporates extensive diagnostic capabilities. HI-COMM 100 is specifically designed to interface to TDC Systems HI-TRAC series of electronic traffic data collection equipment and is available for Windows 98 / ME / 2000 / NT / XP. HI-COMM 100 enables the download of stored, compressed, data in the HI-TRAC memory and conversion of this data into MS Access, ASCII or WIMNET formats for report generation. A number of pre-configured vehicle-by-vehicle (VBV) reports are included in HI-COMM 100 but user defined reports can be incorporated. In addition VBV data in MS Access format can be exported allowing the end-user to generate their own reports. Statistical data, ATMS data and Malfunction Management files along with Vehicle Record Validity functions are also part of the HI-COMM package. HI-COMM 100 facilitates “real time view” of traffic data, piezo and loop sensor signals and sensor activation count providing remote diagnostic and fault identification.HI-COMM 100 can be installed on a desktop PC located in a Central Control Office and configured with a task scheduler to automatically download data from any number of sites equipped with either modem and landline or GSM modem communications.
